Get Sub Tenant Purchases

What one sub-account's OWNER bought from this account: its plan, add-ons and products.

The typed read an agency's own server works from with the agency's API key, so its portal can recognise what a customer bought without reading Votel's Billing page. Only the parent of the sub-account may read it; the rows live on the parent tenant, which sold them, keyed to the sub-account owner's contact - so one person who owns several sub-accounts here is answered the same purchases on each.
